Through our extended investor network we can also offer opportunities for funding your next project if needed. You can securely and confidentially view details about the properties and make offers electronically, without the traditional hassles of negotiating a sale. Our team of licensed real estate professionals handle the transaction and communication, to help secure a final contract. This system provides exclusive access to true off-market inventory, and the most unique concierge lot sourcing experience.
New and Modern Lots is 100% free member only service, that is offered to qualified builders and investors seeking properties for development or rehabilitation. To be a member, each user must agree to our terms and conditions which include commitments on the future listing of properties/structures erected on the lots discovered through our platform.

Members will individually be notified when a property becomes exclusively available for them to review, and they will have a limited window of time to respond with an offer or intent. This system ensures that each offer is considered independently and exclusively, until the asking price is achieved or the homeowner withdraws their home. Offers can be submitted directly through the platform to simplify communication and delivery to the homeowner. Once an offer has been accepted, a New and Modern representative will work to finalize the details of the transaction.
